Roof Replacement Across the Phoenix Valley

Sometimes repairs stop making sense: the leaks keep moving, the underlayment is worn out across the roof, or the shingles are brittle everywhere. Honey Roofing replaces tile, shingle, metal and flat roofs on homes and commercial buildings across the Valley. We start with a free inspection, and if a repair will do, we'll say so. A new roof is a big decision, so we want you to see what we see before you make it.

Repair or replace?

A replacement is usually worth it when damage or wear is spread across the roof rather than in one spot, when the same area keeps leaking after repairs, or when tile underlayment has failed broadly. We show you photos and explain the reasons either way.

Choosing a material for the desert

Tile, shingle, metal and flat systems each handle Valley heat, UV and monsoon rain differently, and each material has its own warranty period. We go through the trade-offs for your home and your HOA's rules: weight, look, how each one handles heat, and how it suits your roof's pitch. Tile is common on Valley homes built for it, shingles are a solid choice on many pitched roofs, metal sheds rain fast and reflects heat, and low-slope sections need a flat roof system.

What the job looks like

HOA approval paperwork if needed. Permit pulled where required. Tear-off, deck check and repair, new underlayment, flashing and roof covering, then cleanup of the yard and driveway, including a sweep for nails. We keep you or your property manager updated as the job moves along, and we walk the finished roof with you if you'd like.

Planning around the Valley climate

Most homeowners want a new roof in place before monsoon season, so spring books up. Summer work still gets done, with early starts to beat the heat; our office hours are 6am to 6pm. If your roof is already leaking, we can talk about a repair to get you through until a replacement makes sense. Either way you get a straight answer about what your roof needs, with no pressure to sign.
